Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Safi. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support.
Qualifications
- Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
- Information Technology expertise
- Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
