- A solid background in the IT Services or Systems Integration industries (SSII or Integrators)
- Excellent technical understanding coupled with commercial acumen
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive growth
- Collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Identifying opportunities to expand the business and strengthen partnerships
