Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Logistics, supply chain, technical fields or similar.
• Experience: 1 year of experience or internships in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities:
TaskDetailed description of main activitiesCustomer Specification and Drawing Understanding Understand Customer drawings, synergies, specification and behaviors that are in relation to manufacturing and aiming to the best optimum Process Design and production management Lead and Involve in DIS Activities Understand Customer Design Intentions through DFMEA, Product Kako Tora and Engineering specifications and develop it's related 4M Contermeasures to be part of process industrialization and subject of release before project sign off Lead and Involve in DFM Activities Ensure a good compliance level of DFM manual and other Design best practices to support process design capability Operation Standards PreparationSupporting Operation Standard List in relation with Adanced design assurance itemsLead/Support Product FMEA Lead and support Product FMEA by evaluating all Risks after immplementing contermeasures from Product assurance items Capabilities improvement Enhance the Local Production Engineering capabilities by trainings and support to stand alone position using the defined Operating System according to project milestones Involvement/Lead kaizen activites for efficiency and quality improvements At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.
