Skill check:
- Bac + 5 (Technical Diploma).
- Minimum 5 years of experience (Injection Technician / Plastic Engineer).
- Good analysis skills in injection molding process, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple start-up projects.
- Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
- An experience of 2 years (Injection process technician) .
The Main Responsibilities Are :
- Ensure the validation of the new equipements (tools; machines;...)
- Provide technical leadership and to process adjusters and other molding personnel.
- Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees
- Monitor and report issues with injection molds, and provide recommendation and solution.
- Support for the quality issue and customer claims
