Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute functional tests to validate the features of Telecom systems.


• Write test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on functional requirements.


• Perform manual and automated tests on systems and applications.


• Identify, analyze, and document anomalies (defects) and work with development teams to correct them.


• Ensure adequate test coverage and guarantee that systems meet user needs.


• Collaborate with development teams, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure the quality of deliverables.


• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.


• Use test management and anomaly tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).


• Participate in reviews of functional and technical specifications.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the telecommunications sector, with significant experience in functional testing.


• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM


• In-depth knowledge of Telecom sector systems and processes.


• Mastery of testing methodologies (functional testing, integration testing, regression testing).


• Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).


• Experience in manual and automated testing.


• Interpersonal skills: Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Languages: Proficiency in English is a plus.
