Under the authority of the Industry and Gas Director, your mission will be to undertake all necessary steps and actions to increase Fuel Sales through the following distribution channels: industrial clients, peers, high-potential clients, etc...
Your mission takes place largely in the field.
Your responsibility in increasing sales, margins, and profitability of the Fuel business consists of the following:
It is your responsibility to develop Fuel sales within the framework of the commercial strategy and operational action plans to increase WINXO Fuel sales in order to meet or exceed the objectives set by your director.
You must assess the current state of the WINXO Fuel business as follows:
- Analyze Fuel sales per existing client;
- Create an exhaustive list of Fuel clients, their annual potential, and current suppliers
- Conduct competitive intelligence to understand the practices of our main competitors, allowing us to have an up-to-date and complete benchmark of the competition;
It is your responsibility to deploy the action plan in the field to develop sales as follows:
- Follow the commercial strategy to achieve defined objectives;
- Propose, in coordination with the Industry & Gas Director, the appropriate action plan to achieve the defined objectives, considering customer specificities, competitor practices, etc.;
- Achieve the set sales targets: 36,000 tons in 2026, 50,000 tons in 2027, and 60,000 tons in 2028,
- Prospect and recruit new clients.
- Propose a competitive pricing offer to clients every two weeks, in coordination with the Sales Director, taking into account market practices;
- Build loyalty with the existing client portfolio;
- Anticipate any deviation from defined objectives and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure the profitability of the activity;
- Ensure the collection of debts within the agreed deadlines with the client;
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction by promptly processing their requests and handling their complaints.
On an Administrative level, it is your responsibility to:
- Create the administrative file for each acquired client;
- Update and enrich the client database;
- Update visit reports and client files;
- Process client requests: copies of invoices, credit notes, opening new sites, etc.;
- Coordinate interventions with the technical department.
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher in Commercial Management.
Male or female.
25 to 30 years old.
You are rigorous, organized, and methodical. You have analytical and anticipatory skills, and a sense of initiative. Your listening skills and ability to work in a team are essential assets for success in your role.
