Job Title: Senior Systems & Application Development Specialist (Information Security & Web Design) Location: Kuwait Visa Status: Visa Provided
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems and Application Development Specialist with strong expertise in website design, information security management, and enterprise project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience and hold globally recognized certifications including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, CISSP, PMP, and MCSA.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Application Development
Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-level systems and applications. Lead full software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Integrate applications with existing infrastructure, databases, APIs, and third-party systems. Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
Website Design & Development
Design and develop secure, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications. Apply modern UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure secure coding practices and web application security controls are implemented.
Information Security & Compliance Establish, implement, audit, and maintain an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS). Conduct internal and external ISMS audits as a Lead Auditor, including risk assessments and gap analyses. Develop and enforce information security policies, procedures, and controls. Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across systems and applications. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and industry security requirements.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in systems development, application development, and IT infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification. CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). PMP (Project Management Professional). MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate).
