As the club continues to expand its digital presence and strengthen its content and communication strategy, managing high-quality, engaging, and optimized digital content has become a key priority. This role supports Al Hilal’s commitment to delivering compelling digital experiences that enhance fan engagement and reinforce the club’s brand across all online platforms.
Objectives
• Manage and optimize digital content on Al-Hilal’s website to ensure high quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.• Support the implementation of content strategies that enhance fan engagement and strengthen the club’s digital presence. • Ensure content is published in a timely manner and optimized according to SEO best practices.• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant, engaging, and up-to-date content across digital platforms. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content performance through analysis, reporting, and optimization.
Responsibilities
• Plan, create, edit, and publish digital content on Al-Hilal’s website in alignment with content strategy and brand guidelines. • Ensure all published content follows SEO best practices to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement. • Manage and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery• Collaborate with content, sporting, marketing, and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely content releases. • Support the digital team in the development and optimization of Al-Hilal’s website and mobile app. • Assist social media teams with content ideation, adaptation, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Whats App). • Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and e Rectiveness. • Ensure content accuracy, quality control, and compliance with club policies and communication standards. • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content, journalism, social media, or a related role (preferably within sports, media, or entertainment). • Excellent written Arabic skills and good command of written English. • Proven experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Contentful or similar platforms. • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. • Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work e Rectively in a fastpaced environment. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
