Role Description Premium Care Medical Polyclinic is seeking a Home Healthcare Setup & Operations Consultant to support the establishment and launch of a new Home Care Department. This is a project-based consultancy role, focused on planning, designing, and operationalizing home healthcare services, starting with core services and expanding based on market demand. The consultant will work closely with management to develop the service framework, ensure regulatory alignment, and build a scalable operational model that can be transitioned to an internal team upon completion. Key Responsibilities Design and structure Phase 1 home healthcare services (scope, workflows, pricing logic) Develop operational processes, SOPs, and documentation Ensure alignment with Saudi healthcare regulations and requirements Advise on staffing models, equipment needs, and cost-efficient setup Support implementation and initial rollout of services Provide staff training and operational handover Deliver a clear roadmap for future scaling and expansion Qualifications Proven experience in setting up or launching home healthcare services Strong background in healthcare operations, project setup, or healthcare consulting Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks Experience within Saudi Arabia healthcare system Ability to work independently and deliver structured, outcome-driven results Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Engagement Model Project-based / consultancy contract Flexible working arrangement (on-site presence as needed) Duration and scope to be defined based on project milestones????
