2) Role Overview We are recruiting Energy / Electrical Engineers in MENA to support energy and power projects and participate in our Global Engineer Partner Program (GEPP). This role focuses on engineering coordination and local technical support for energy and electrical infrastructure projects. Engineers may assist with:• Technical requirement clarification• Engineering coordination during project preparation• Supporting communication between project stakeholders• Local technical support when projects move into implementation Projects may involve:• MV/LV power distribution systems• Industrial and commercial electrical infrastructure• Solar PV or hybrid energy systems• Backup power systems• Substation-related equipment packages3) Key Responsibilities Technical Requirement Support• Assist in verifying project technical requirements and site conditions• Support clarification of engineering specifications when needed• Help ensure solutions align with local standards and project constraints Engineering Coordination• Support communication between Solution Mall teams and local stakeholders• Assist with technical clarification during RFQ and quotation processes• Provide feedback on local engineering practices and constraints Project Support Depending on project stage, engineers may assist with:• Site inspections or project verification• Installation coordination with local contractors• Technical clarification during implementation4) Qualifications Required• Background in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or power systems• 2+ years of experience in energy or power-related projects• Familiarity with electrical infrastructure such as MV/LV distribution, industrial power systems, or renewable energy projects• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote working environment Preferred• Experience in EPC projects, power infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial electrical systems• Familiarity with project documentation and engineering coordination Languages• Working proficiency in English• Additional local languages are a plus5) Coverage This role focuses on energy and power projects across MENA. Engineers may participate in projects within their own country or nearby regions depending on project needs.
6) Compensation This role is project-based. Engineers participating in project activities will receive compensation based on their level of involvement and project contribution, typically structured as engineering service fees or project-based payments.
