Job :
- Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) for steering commercial and claims activities
- Develop analysis and prediction models (production, claims, profitability)
- Use and leverage data to support strategic decision-making
- Implement dynamic dashboards (Power BI, etc.)
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes through a data-driven approach
Required profile :
- Graduate of INSEA or a top school (ISCAE, Al Akhawayn University, ENCG, etc.)
- Strong command of data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Good understanding of business challenges, ideally in the insurance/finance sectors
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to transform data into actionable insights
