Main missions:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating logistics flows to ensure product availability and stock optimization.
As such, your main responsibilities will be:
- Elaborate procurement and production plans based on sales forecasts, customer needs, and production capacities.
- Ensure the monitoring and optimization of stock levels to guarantee business continuity.
- Plan and allocate production loads, taking into account resources and operational constraints.
- Analyze logistics flows and implement necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of logistics performance indicators.
- Identify risks of stockouts or overstocking and propose appropriate corrective actions.
- Optimize the use of human, material, and financial resources.
- Ensure coordination with the various links in the supply chain: purchasing, quality, and production.
- Report on activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes.

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related field.
Required profile:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or within a large industrial organization
• Mastery of S&OP, Production Plan, and production planning processes
• Experience in constrained planning and scheduling
• Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills
