Your mission

The ROM will report directly to the GOM (Global Operations Manager) and will assist them in supervising service delivery across their entire scope.
The ROM will be responsible for a defined area, which may correspond to part or all of the account's scope (to be confirmed by the GOM and reassessed according to the ROM's skills development).

In accordance with the contract, the ROM will support the GOM in overseeing the daily operations of the Client account. This role consists of coordinating and supporting the efforts of the GOM and the Site Manager to drive overall performance and operational results.

• Advanced degree in management
• Fluent in French and English (B2 level and above for English)
• Communicating effectively with the various cross-functional teams within the organization;
• Ensure consistency between the Supplier and the Client;
• Ensure regular monitoring and communication with teams, problem solving, and compliance with customer indicators as well as service level agreements (SLAs);
• To contribute significantly to activities related to customer satisfaction, customer relationship management and program management;
• Ensure that operational objectives are met, or even exceeded (e.g., indicators of the balanced scorecard);
• Collaborating with other operations managers to anticipate customer needs and act proactively;
• Support performance reviews between the supplier and the customer, and implement the resulting action plans;
• To serve as the main point of contact for escalations .
