Roles & Responsibilities
The Site Manager is in charge of delivery activities at the production site to which they are assigned, and the implementation of the tools to support them. In this capacity, they ensure quality and delivery in the implementation of various training programs: they support management in onboarding, welcome day, compliance module pathways, job onboarding programs, the deployment of regional initiatives, and the professional development of trainers through learning communities.
He/she is the key person responsible for ensuring processes are followed and implemented correctly, both for cross-functional and soft skills training and for the deployment of job-specific training. He/she also has a direct hierarchical management role with the site's trainers to ensure these objectives are met.
He/she interacts daily with production stakeholders, including Quality and Training Manager and Project Manager, and with site management and management, and, within the framework of a committee established with site management, ensures the monitoring and strengthening of on-site training paths.
Your main responsibilities are:
1- Delivery management
Ensuring compliance rates: Welcome day, LRS modules, onboarding.
Promote the conditions for success on site projects by providing capitalized tools and professionalizing trainers.
Utilize monitoring tools in partnership with regional teams
Facilitating the deployment of new Concentrix tools within operations
2- Process Management
to be the guarantor of compliance with training processes on the site perimeter, in line with the country and region.
Control and update the mastery of processes and knowledge of available tools (Training AI, Alba, SIM CX).
To manage the professionalization policy decided by the region and the country, for newly qualified trainers or those in the refresher phase.
Define training programs in line with the needs detected by the site's operational teams, respecting the processes for skills development of advisors and local managers.
3- Funding Management
In some cases, manage the site's financing arrangements, with the support of Management and the PS.
Update the tracking tools for sharing and information
To promote understanding of the issues and objectives of training according to the chosen methods
4- Team Management
Lead and manage the site trainers hierarchically on delivery activities, respect for processes, professionalization of practices and learning tools (Training AI, Alba, Learning communities).
Organize and lead these activities within the framework of regular and workable meetings.
To develop the skills of trainers and to carry out quality and skills monitoring of teaching teams.
Facilitating teaching teams, particularly within learning communities
To feed the knowledge bases of site projects, by structuring project communities.
Identify new needs arising from the site.
