Job Description:
Ensure on-time deliveries to customers
; Plan batch load in line with batch capacity and operator skills
; Ensure that all necessary resources for the production schedule are available to operators
; Alert the line manager in case of load discrepancies (overload or underload) compared to available capacity and define the means or actions to be implemented;
Participate in defining the material and human resources to be implemented to guarantee the set objectives;
Guarantee compliance with the Time to Work (TAT) in the processing of 0 hours in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager (IQP);
Guarantee the quality of products manufactured in the batch
; Ensure compliance with the manufacturing file and procedures
; Monitor the proper maintenance of records
; Lead quality improvement actions in collaboration with the Production Management Unit (RUAP) and the Quality Assurance Manager (IQP)
; Lead improvement actions for the Productivity
: • Ensure monitoring of production times
• Control the margin of manufacturing hours on work orders
• Analyze the causes of exceeding production times and propose corrective actions
• Propose improvements aimed at reducing manufacturing costs • Ensure monitoring of industrial deviations
• Ensure monitoring of work order elongation •
Maintain a high-performing team and foster its motivation
• Lead information meetings
• Develop versatility within the production batch
• Prepare and conduct annual operator reviews
• Ensure monitoring of personnel management (leave, absenteeism, schedules, training)
• Ensure the hygiene and safety of operators, and ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations
• Guarantee compliance with HSE requirements
• Be responsible for compliance with IGP standards, risk analysis, and ergonomics, and manage action plans to maintain these at the required level Three standards:
QRC Level 1 Guarantee
: Facilitate the QRQC Level 1 meeting
; Facilitate the daily QRAP review
; Escalate QRAP actions to QRQC Level 2 according to established standards;
