Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and update production task scheduling, short and medium term, taking into account all production constraints (maintenance, training). Anticipate very short-term risks of planning failure to define and implement a corrective plan. Prepare and pilot gate reviews and implement and monitor industrial performance monitoring indicators (cost and deadlines) via performance reviews. Define and pilot the implementation of the specific reference planning during engine induction. Participate in the definition and implementation of the progress plan relating to his sector. Take responsibility for coordination with internal customers and suppliers (flow managers, tooling and grouping function, planning manager, Shop Visit Managers). Define the residual capacity of the shop to anticipate site load possibilities. Manage his teams with a view to collaborative work and implement the necessary means to promote their professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree in industrial or logistics methods (or equivalent)
- Experience: 5 years in an industrial planning position, ideally in the aeronautics sector
