Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Specialist Java/Python is responsible for developing the functionalities of various applications and maintaining them in operational condition. Specialized in his field, he intervenes directly on all or part of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
- Ensure code quality, perform tests for all developed functionalities, and be responsible for their quality.
- Identify risks and seize opportunities related to their area of expertise, communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in the project, and recommend action plans.
- Participate in the development and revision of technical standards/documentation within the project framework.
- Take responsibility for research and development projects and consulting missions.
- Stay updated on technologies in their field of expertise and propose new technical directions in line with the latest developments.
- Conduct internal and external training sessions.
- Act as a technical referent for one or more technologies.
- Manage reporting and dashboards.
