ALUMINUM JOINERY WORKSHOP MANAGER
Company and job description: We are recruiting on behalf of our client an Aluminium Joinery Workshop Manager.
Main mission: To supervise and coordinate all manufacturing operations within the aluminum joinery workshop, from the receipt of raw materials to the exit of finished products, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and safety standards.
Main responsibilities: Organize and supervise workshop production (Organization, Productivity). Read and interpret technical drawings and adapt production to site needs. Manage and lead production teams. Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
Technical training in aluminum joinery, metal fabrication or equivalent. Proven experience in an aluminum joinery workshop, including team management.
