As part of its development, our client, a player in the restaurant sector, is looking for an experienced Head Chef to supervise culinary production, manage kitchen teams, and ensure the quality of services.



The position is based in Bouskoura, so the candidate must be motorized or live nearby.




Required profile :

Profile sought:



Diploma in cooking or hotel and restaurant management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including confirmed experience as a Head Chef or Sous-Chef.
Excellent mastery of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Good knowledge of HACCP standards, cost management, inventory, and team management.
Leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on quality.
