As a Legal Intern, you will support the legal team in Morocco, working closely with the Legal Manager on operational and organizational legal tasks.

A typical day will involve a variety of activities, with a primary focus on supporting the legal function of the business and contributing to the efficiency and organization of legal information.

Your main responsibility will be to assist in the organization, review, and structuring of litigation databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper tracking of information. In addition, you may support the legal team in other areas, including:

• Assisting with litigation follow-up and collection of relevant documentation;
• Organizing and maintaining legal files and records;
• Supporting the preparation of internal legal reports;
• Providing ad hoc support in the review of contracts and legal documents;
• Assisting in process improvement and digitalization initiatives within the legal function.

You will work closely with the Morocco Legal Manager and be part of the Otis Legal team in EMEA, within the Iberia & Africa (IBA) area.

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment and exposure to different areas of business law within a multinational company.

Duration: Initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months.

• Law student or recent law graduate;
• Interest in commercial law and/or litigation;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Good analytical and data management skills;
• Fluent in French and Arabic; knowledge English is a plus;
• Proactive, pragmatic, and eager to learn;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
