Key Responsibilities: Personnel Administration: employee files, absences, leave, overtime. Recruitment & Onboarding: job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding. Training: session tracking, attendance sheets, registers. Internal Communication: postings, internal memos, operational support. Compliance & Audits: procedures, legal registers, corrective actions.
