Roles & Responsibilities

The Industrial Maintenance & New Works Coordinator helps optimize production equipment maintenance and ensures production continuity. They are responsible for piloting investment projects and new works, while adhering to HSE standards. They also manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from assembly and design to realization and final delivery.

As an Industrial Maintenance & New Works Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating construction and investment projects.
  • Monitoring project timelines.
  • Defining costs and deadlines for each project.
  • Ensuring compliance with current quality standards.
  • Guaranteeing the proper execution of works and the integration of projects within the living environment and compliance with construction rules.
  • Identifying technical solutions for improving installations and equipment (quality, capability, cycles, safety, etc.).
  • Monitoring the conformity of interventions and the operation of materials, installations, and equipment (receptions, tests, trials, adjustments, etc.).
  • Overseeing industrial works carried out by their personnel or subcontractors.
  • Implementing new industrial means such as machines, air-conditioned rooms, etc., including managing subcontractor work (establishing specifications, consulting quotes, negotiation, order placement, pre-installation monitoring, site management, external services, work reception).
  • Managing maintenance activity monitoring indicators (dashboards, reporting, energy consumption).
  • Assuming all missions within the scope of their functions or upon request from their hierarchical superior.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French.
  • Proficiency in essential office tools (spreadsheets, databases, accounting software, etc.) and the company's ERP.
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, and pneumatic fields.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
