Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: Monitor project activities and associated deliverables. Participate in resource management and team workload/capacity monitoring. Organize, prepare, and lead project progress meetings. Consolidate and update performance indicators and reports. Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of project data. Coordinate communication between different stakeholders. Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to management. Challenge technical information provided by engineers to ensure its consistency and relevance. Independently research information necessary for project progress.

Qualifications Profile: Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering, project management, industrial management, or equivalent. At least one year of experience in project management, activity coordination, or team leadership. Experience in the industrial, rail, automotive, or technical sectors is preferred. Interest in technical and industrial environments. Knowledge of the rail sector is an asset. Key Skills: Project management and coordination. Monitoring deliverables and action plans.
