Roles & Responsibilities
Take charge of the configuration and functional and technical maintenance of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments and provide functional and technical support to users and contributors of projects relying on this tool - Functional and Technical Administration - Definition and optimization of SQL queries - Creation/Maintenance of Data Extensions (marketing tables and segments) - Assistance in the creation of personalized emails and/or email templates and SMS messages, following best practices for tool sharing - Orchestration of campaigns and automation of email and SMS sending - Deployment in the production environment on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Help and support the various CRM stakeholders on the business side in their upskilling on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and its ecosystem) and in the definition, planning, and execution of campaigns. - Maintain the internal documentation repository for the various marketing automation projects. - Participate in the drafting of technical and functional specifications necessary for the configuration tasks of the platform and associated modules - Work within a SCRUM team (PO, developers, QA, Support) - Interface with SF.com support - Maintenance of the platform up and running and monitoring of version upgrades
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in distributed systems architecture
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL
- Knowledge of Dartagnan
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Skills using Postman tool for API requests to our REST email sending APIs via Marketing Cloud APIs
- Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Pub/Sub, ...)
- Mulesoft
- Technological watch
- Participation in meetings, meetups, Salesforce.com community.
