Roles & Responsibilities
Lead GDM Project meetings and manage technical developments. Facilitate the change management process in PLM. Prepare, organize, and conduct change management sessions. Ensure the monitoring and proper implementation of project changes. Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure alignment of actions. Manage the synchronization of schedules between the SMARTCAR and F2X/E2U teams. Ensure reporting and monitoring of project indicators.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Proficiency in PLM tools
- Proven experience in GDM (Project Change Management)
- Excellent level of French and English
- Autonomous, proactive, and possessing strong cross-functional leadership skills
