Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person must be comfortable interacting with a variety of people, both internally and with clients.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong commercial acumen : the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, promote our training offer and actively contribute to the development of this business.
Main tasks:
- Participate in the development and promotion of training activities;
- Identify and qualify customer needs;
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of training offers;
- Ensure coordination with trainers, clients and internal teams;
- Participate in prospecting and developing new business opportunities;
- To monitor actions and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is therefore not just an administrative or coordination role. We are looking for a proactive, autonomous and development-oriented person , capable of taking initiatives and contributing concretely to the growth of the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+3 in business, management, engineering or equivalent training;
- Very good communication and presentation skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and ease with clients;
- Commercial fiber and interest for business development;
- Sense of organization and ability to manage several subjects in parallel;
- Dynamism, autonomy, commitment and initiative;
