Roles & Responsibilities
Animate project GDM meetings and drive technical evolutions. Ensure the animation of the change management process in PLM. Prepare, organize, and conduct change management sessions. Guarantee the follow-up and correct application of project evolutions. Coordinate the different stakeholders and ensure the convergence of actions. Drive the synchronization of schedules between SMARTCAR and F2X/E2U teams. Ensure reporting and follow-up of project indicators.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bac+5 in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
Proficiency in PLM tools
Proven experience in Project Change Management (GDM)
Excellent level of French and English
Autonomous, proactive, and possessing good transverse leadership
