For our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter (m/f/d) to provide full-cycle recruitment support in a fully remote setup.

Your Responsibilities Deliver full end-to-end recruitment services for technical positions across multiple business functions Proactively source and headhunt external candidates using professional networks, databases, and other sourcing channels Conduct candidate screenings, qualification calls, and structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Manage up to five active requisitions simultaneously and support an overall hiring volume of approximately 5–10 positions Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and pipeline data within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Your Profile Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technical environments Expertise in active sourcing, direct search, and headhunting methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently while maintaining high-quality candidate delivery. Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities effectively Fluency in English
