Others don't yet, and either way, you go through the same process. When there's no client lined up yet, we spend that time getting to know people properly, so we're not starting from zero the moment one does show up. Your recruiter will tell you plainly which situation applies to you. What this job actually is A campaign doesn't stop needing attention once it launches. Somebody has to watch what's happening after the ads go live, catch what's working, and use that to shape the next round of copy, creative, and sends. That's this role. You're not just building campaigns, you're the one adjusting them while they're running, based on what the numbers actually say. The specific platforms and mix of work can shift depending on the business you're supporting. What stays the same is the job itself: own the campaign after it launches, not just before. What you'll actually do Plan, launch, and adjust paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, changing budgets and targeting as results come in Work with writers and designers to get ad copy and creative ready, then check it against what's actually converting Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing subject lines and timing to improve opens and clicks Use ChatGPT or similar tools to draft ad variations and speed up execution, not to replace your own judgment on what to actually run Pull performance numbers on a regular schedule and turn them into a short list of what to change next, not just a deck of charts Coordinate with design, content, and any project managers on the account so campaigns go out on time and nobody's caught off guard How the process actually works Six steps. Same steps whether or not there's a client waiting. We read your CV. Not a keyword scan, an actual read. If it's clearly AI-generated with nothing specific in it, that's usually obvious and it doesn't help you. A short intro video. Two minutes of you talking is worth more than a page of text. We're checking if you're clear and comfortable on camera, your English skills, and your professional setup (camera, lighting, sound. ..) A call with a recruiter, about 30 minutes. We'll ask you to walk us through something real you've done, so have a specific example ready instead of a general answer. A couple of short take-home exercises. Nothing sneaky, nothing that takes your whole evening. A reference check. We'll ask for someone who actually managed or worked closely with you, not a character reference. If a client's ready: one interview with them. They make the final call on who they hire, but you don't repeat anything you've already done here. Here's the honest part: sometimes when you finish this process, there's no job waiting yet. That's not a runaround, it's how we work. We'd rather spend the time getting to know good people properly now, so that when a client does come looking for someone like you, we already know you're ready, instead of starting the search from scratch. If that's your situation, you won't be left guessing. We'll tell you where things stand, including when the honest answer is "nothing new yet. " And if you take another job while you're waiting, that's completely fine, just tell us, and we'll pick things back up whenever the timing works for you. What to actually expect from us If you make it to an interview, you'll get real, specific feedback about how it went either way, not a copy-paste line. If your CV doesn't move forward past the application stage, you'll still hear back, but it'll be a quick automated note rather than a personal one. What we're actually looking for 2-5 years running digital marketing campaigns end to end, with real ownership of results Hands-on experience running paid ads in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere for basic creative edits and asset prep Real experience running email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp Written English that's genuinely fluent, not "good enough," since you'll be writing copy customers actually see Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools, SEO or Google Analytics/SEMrush, basic HTML/CSS for email templates, or extra video editing skills is a plus, not a requirement A few things that matter more than they sound like they should Internet that doesn't cut out mid-launch or during a client call You show up on time, every time If a campaign's underperforming or something looks off, you flag it early instead of hoping it sorts itself out You follow through on what you said you'd do without someone having to chase you for it </div>

Job Description Dans le cadre du renforcement des équipes Data, nous recherchons des profils capables de concevoir, industrialiser et optimiser des plateformes de données (batch & temps réel) au sein d’environnements distribués basés sur Cloudera.
