You will ensure equipment reliability, efficient machine utilization and achievement of performance targets (MTBF, MTTR, downtime). You will organize and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs, support root cause analysis and drive actions to improve uptime and accomplish total customer satisfaction. Essential responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead and coordinate daily shift maintenance operations, ensuring reliability, safety compliance and zero operational disruption . Plan, prioritize and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and sustain equipment efficiency. Lead the team in diagnosing, analyzing root causes and resolving complex technical issues (mechanical, electrical, electronic, robotic, and PLC system issues.)
