The consultant will be responsible for: The Technical Application Expert MBC (Delivery Lead) is responsible for the technical and functional steering of solutions based on Microsoft Business Central (MBC). This role involves close coordination with technical, business, and stakeholder teams to ensure the quality, performance, and delivery of projects.

Steering and Coordination:

• Steer and coordinate technical and functional teams.
• Organize and plan deliverables, respecting deadlines and requirements.
• Provide support to project management to ensure the success of initiatives.

Deliverable Management:

• Produce flash reports and steering committee reports (Steerco).
• Provide active support in deliverable management.

Technical Expertise:

• Ensure in-depth mastery of MBC (Microsoft Business Central) requirements.
• Participate in the technical and functional analysis of needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+ 5 in computer science or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience as a technical application expert.

Required Skills:

• Strong mastery of Microsoft Business Central (MBC).
• Experience as a PO/Business Analyst or IT Project Manager.
• Knowledge of business processes and IT solutions.
• Former developer (major asset).
• Senior with proven technical and functional expertise.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a multicultural environment.
• Rigor, organization, and leadership to ensure team coordination.
