Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and student-centric Career Advisor / Career Counsellor to guide undergraduate students through their career exploration, internship preparation, and professional development journey. This role requires someone who can coach students one-on-one, conduct career workshops, build relationships with employers, and support students in securing internships and full-time opportunities. Since Tetr's students learn across multiple international locations, the role involves frequent travel across Europe to support students in person and collaborate with regional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one career coaching to students on career planning, internships, graduate opportunities, and entrepreneurship. Help students identify their strengths, interests, and long-term career goals. Review and improve resumes, cover letters, Linked In profiles, and professional portfolios. Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for recruitment processes. Design and facilitate workshops on networking, personal branding, interview preparation, job search strategies, and workplace readiness. Build and maintain relationships with employers, startups, venture capital firms, consulting firms, and corporate partners across Europe. Support internship and placement initiatives by identifying opportunities aligned with student aspirations. Track student career outcomes and provide data-driven insights to improve career services. Collaborate with faculty, Student Experience, Academic, and Employer Relations teams to deliver an integrated student journey. Travel regularly across Europe to engage with students, employers, and regional partners.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.4–8 years of experience in Career Services, Career Coaching, University Career Centres, Student Success, Talent Acquisition, Employer Relations, Learning & Development, or HR. Experience working with university students, early-career professionals, or graduate recruitment. Strong understanding of European employment markets and recruitment practices. Experience conducting workshops, coaching sessions, and career development programs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, multicultural, and international environment. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
