Job Description: Development and monitoring of improvement projects. Functional responsibility for methods engineers. Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment rules, particularly vital rules, and participating in their implementation (I move carefully, I work cautiously, I handle with care, I power up safely, I optimize my workspace, I am aware of the risks). Ensuring that all product/process modifications are taken into account by the programs. Maintaining the knowledge of the methods and CAD teams. Providing technical support to methods engineers and CAD engineers. Ensuring the perfect application of specification changes within the deadlines required by the client. Coordinating with Program Managers the monitoring of First Aids (FAIs). 

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum education level: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering

Participates in and coordinates time studies with the Lean Manufacturing team. Good technical knowledge of the company's business. Proficiency in English. Defines and describes operating procedures . Writes technical manuals and instruction sheets. Determines estimated manufacturing times . Project management. Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
