The assignment will consist of: developing sprint user stories with unit testing. implementing automated tests under ATF. bringing necessary technical skills, particularly in grooming meetings. analyzing production feedback to provide fixes if necessary. The project is based on ServiceNow, so you will need to have skills in the ITSM (RITM/TASK) and CSM (Case) modules, which are the two modules currently used.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bac+5 training (engineering school or university) focused on IT, or equivalent experience.
3-7 years of experience in Solution Expertise (editor).
An experience in the retail/mass distribution sector would be an advantage.
