Hexcel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Provide technical support to production by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing and process-related issues.

  
  

• Monitor manufacturing process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and process stability.

  
  

• Support the implementation of process changes, engineering improvements, and corrective actions in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers.

  
  

• Maintain and update manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational requirements.

  
  

• Support new product introductions, manufacturing process transfers, and other industrialization activities.

  
  

• Assist in equipment qualification, process validation, and process capability studies to ensure robust manufacturing performance.

  
  

• Create and maintain Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams, Manufacturing Routes, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other manufacturing documentation.

  
  

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  
  

• Conduct cycle-time analyses, identify productivity improvement opportunities, and support waste reduction and cost optimization initiatives.

  
  

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Program Management teams to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Technician Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.

  
  

• 1 to 3 years of experience in aerospace, composites, or a manufacturing environment.

  
  

• Experience in process improvement, industrialization activities, and production support is preferred.

  
  

• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes is considered an asset.

  
  

• Good proficiency in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
