Job Description: Oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficiency of production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and implement production programs to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Manage and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and on-time product delivery. Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with the supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely delivery of raw materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

Industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in managing production operations and improving efficiency. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies. Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management.
