Main Responsibilities
Integration architecture
Define, document and maintain the Group's integration architecture standards.
Designing exchanges between SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI and business applications.
Analyze the needs, propose suitable patterns and validate the technical choices.
Ensure the reusability, performance, maintainability and security of the flows.
Participate in architecture reviews and anticipate the impacts related to application developments.
Workato platform governance
Define the rules for naming, development, documentation and deployment.
Organize the management of development, testing and production environments.
Mastering access, roles, connections, secrets and principles of least privilege.
Implement good practices for versioning, review and production deployment.
Monitor capacity, platform usage, licenses, and obsolescence risks.
Coordination and management of developments
Functionally coordinate the three Workato developers based in India.
Qualify and prioritize requests in conjunction with the Group Applications Manager.
Divide the work, clarify expectations and monitor progress.
Organize design and code reviews, then validate quality before delivery.
Supporting the team's skills development and promoting knowledge sharing.
Operational Responsibilities
Project and request management
Participate in scoping sessions, technical workshops and workload estimations.
Translate functional requirements into clear and feasible integration solutions.
Identify dependencies, technical risks and security prerequisites.
Coordinate internal contributors, editors and external partners.
Communicate regularly on progress, decisions and alerts.
Operation, support and continuous improvement
Provide level 3 expertise on complex incidents related to integrations.
Define monitoring, alerts, recovery procedures and operating instructions.
Analyze recurring incidents and manage corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor indicators of availability, reliability, performance and processing time.
Maintain documentation that can be used by the support and development teams.
Security and compliance
Apply the Group's security requirements to connectors, APIs and exchanged data.
Ensure the protection of sensitive data and the traceability of processing.
Contribute to risk analyses, audits and remediation plans.
Ensure compliance with change and production deployment processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Essential technical skills
- Proven expertise in Workato and integration recipe design.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with Cloud and SaaS architectures, error management and flow monitoring.
- Mastery of the development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment, operation and documentation.
- Ability to diagnose complex incidents and propose sustainable solutions.
- Desired skills
- Knowledge of an ERP such as Unit4 and a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Experience with Git, API management platforms, DevOps or other iPaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Power Platform or ETL tools.
- Experience in international and multi-vendor application environments.
- Experience and training
- Advanced degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent field.
- Significant experience in application integration, ideally at least 7 years.
- Proven experience on Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform, ideally at least 5 years.
- Experience in technical coordination, solution review, or functional management of a distributed team.
- Professional English is essential, both written and spoken.
