الوظيفة :
نبحث حاليًا عن مسؤول لـ جدول التسليمات PEDL (Plan d'Échéancier des Livrables) للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية هي:
- تحديد بداية مرحلة جديدة من المشروع.
- إعداد خارطة الطريق واعتمادها مع قائد تهيئة المشروع (PCL - Project Configuration Leader).
- تحديد OA (Object Attendu) / LA (Livrable Attendu)، وإعداد خطة التوريد، وإدارة إنتاج تسليمات طلب العروض (RFQ - Request For Quotation).
- إعداد وإدارة مشروع جدول التسليمات (EDL - Échéancier des Livrables) لتسوية منحنى الاعتماد الرسمي المتوقع.
- إعداد جدول أعمال لجنة متابعة التسليمات.
- قيادة لجنة متابعة التسليمات.
- صياغة وتوزيع محاضر اجتماعات لجان المتابعة.
- إدارة ملف إنشاء OA/LA بالتنسيق مع مدراء الأعمال.
- تحديث ملف المتابعة PILTEC (التوجيه التقني) وضمان التوزيع المنتظم للمؤشرات.
- إدارة طلبات الإنشاء أو التعديل أو الإلغاء لـ OA/LA في أداة إدارة دورة حياة المنتج (PLM - Product Lifecycle Management).
- تنسيق متابعة تواريخ وصول IOD (Issues d'Outillage Définitives) بالتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة :
نبحث عن مرشح حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس + 3 سنوات (Bac+3) في الدراسات الصناعية، مع خبرة سابقة ناجحة من سنة إلى سنتين. تتمتع بالمهارات والصفات التالية:
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع
- إتقان ممتاز للغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية، كتابةً وشفاهاً
- الدقة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والموثوقية في متابعة المهام
- الخبرة في قطاع السيارات موضع تقدير كبير
- الحيوية، والمبادرة، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق

We are currently looking for a pilot for the Deliverables Schedule PEDL (Plan d'Échéancier des Livrables), to join our team.
The main responsibilities are:
- Define the start of a new project phase.
- Set up the roadmap and get it validated with the PCL (Project Configuration Leader).
- Define the OA (Object Attendu) / LA (Livrable Attendu), establish the sourcing plan, and manage the production of RFQ (Request For Quotation) deliverables.
- Set up and manage the EDL (Échéancier des Livrables) project to smooth the expected officialization curve.
- Prepare the agenda for the deliverables monitoring committee.
- Lead the deliverables monitoring committee.
- Write and distribute the minutes of the monitoring committees.
- Manage the OA/LA Creator file, in liaison with business managers.
- Update the PILTEC (Pilotage Technique) tracking file and ensure regular distribution of indicators.
- Manage requests for creation, modification, or cancellation of OA/LA in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tool.
- Coordinate the tracking of IOD (Issues d'Outillage Définitives) arrival dates, in coordination with the relevant teams.
Required profile :
We are looking for a candidate with a Bac+3 degree in industrial studies, with 1 to 2 years of successful prior experience. You have the following skills and qualities:
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication in French and English, both written and spoken
- Rigor, attention to detail, and reliability in task tracking
- Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued
- Dynamism, initiative, and ability to work in a team
