In this role you will play a key role in:
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing system requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity, completeness, and consistency across all project phases
- Maintaining full requirements traceability across subsystems and lifecycle artifacts, ensuring alignment between customer needs and delivered solutions
- Developing and maintaining system models using MBSE approaches and tools such as SysML, Capella, or Cameo to support architecture definition and key design decisions
- Preparing and executing Verification & Validation plans, defining test procedures, coordinating test execution, and producing comprehensive results reports
- Contributing actively to formal system reviews including SRR, PDR, and CDR, ensuring engineering rigor and stakeholder alignment at each milestone
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams - including hardware, software, and integration teams - to ensure system-level coherence
- Supporting documentation efforts, configuration management practices, and the continuous improvement of engineering processes across the project lifecycle
Required profile :
- You have 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong background in requirements engineering including elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability
- You are proficient in MBSE methodologies and tools such as SysML, Capella, Cameo, or equivalent, and are comfortable applying modeling to support architecture and design activities
- You have solid experience in Verification & Validation, including test planning, test execution, and reporting, ideally within complex or safety-critical engineering environments
- You demonstrate strong system architecture understanding and are able to engage meaningfully with multidisciplinary teams across the full system development lifecycle
- You possess excellent analytical skills and strong technical writing abilities in English; knowledge of German is considered a valuable plus
- You are a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, capable of driving continuous improvement and supporting configuration management practices
