Within a PMO team led by an experienced Lead, you will contribute to: Structuring robust project and portfolio governance, aligned with business objectives; Defining key milestones and essential deliverables to guarantee QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) control; Implementing PMO best practices to optimize the execution of ongoing projects; Supporting change within the teams by instilling a culture of performance and agility. This mission requires specialist profiles, capable of challenging the status quo, anticipating risks, and creating value at every stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years in PMO, portfolio management, or project transformation, ideally in complex environments (industrial, energy, or enterprise sectors). Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Planisware Orchestra is a significant advantage). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (a major asset). Languages: French and English (C1 level); fluent and impactful communication is essential.
