Responsibilities
- Establish direct contact with customer-site resident quality representatives to identify solutions for customer-reported quality issues.
- Ensure that quality issues are properly communicated to the plant.
- Participate in the preparation and review of Control Plans and PFMEA.
- Lead problem-solving meetings by appointing members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Implement, support, and monitor quality procedures.
- Organize awareness and training activities related to quality issues.
- Plan internal audits and define and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Raise awareness among operators and concerned personnel regarding the importance of complying with quality management practices.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Plan projects.
- Receive and manage customer complaint files according to customer requirements (8D methodology).
- Support Production and Engineering teams in root cause analysis and action plan development.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Conduct daily line quality meetings.
- Handle internal non-conformities and validate implemented action plans.
- Monitor quality indicators such as LMQM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
- Manage and update visual communication boards on the relevant production lines.
- Serve as the interface with the customer site and support the Resident Engineer.
- Comply with health and safety regulations according to the seven key elements.
Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5), Engineer diploma, or equivalent qualification, with preferably experience in the automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of Quality Core Tools, problem-solving methodologies, and Control Plan development and implementation.
- Proficient in both French and English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

المسؤوليات - إقامة اتصال مباشر مع ممثلي الجودة المقيمين في موقع العملاء لتحديد الحلول لمشكلات الجودة المبلغ عنها من قبل العملاء.
- ضمان إبلاغ المصنع بمشكلات الجودة بشكل صحيح.
- المشاركة في إعداد ومراجعة خطط التحكم (Control Plans) وتحليل أسباب وأثار الحيود في العمليات (PFMEA).
- قيادة اجتماعات حل المشكلات عن طريق تعيين أعضاء الفريق متعدد التخصصات.
- تطبيق إجراءات الجودة ودعمها ومراقبتها.
- تنظيم أنشطة التوعية والتدريب المتعلقة بمشكلات الجودة.
- تخطيط عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وتحديد وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المناسبة.
- رفع الوعي بين المشغلين والموظفين المعنيين بشأن أهمية الالتزام بممارسات إدارة الجودة.
- المشاركة في مشاريع خطة تحسين الجودة.
- استلام وإدارة ملفات شكاوى العملاء وفقًا لمتطلبات العملاء (منهجية 8D).
- دعم فريقي الإنتاج والهندسة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتطوير خطط العمل.
- متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية والتحقق من فعاليتها.
- عقد اجتماعات جودة خط الإنتاج اليومية.
- التعامل مع حالات عدم المطابقة الداخلية والتحقق من خطط العمل المنفذة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الجودة مثل LMQM وRPPM وDPPM وWC.
- إدارة وتحديث لوحات التواصل البصري على خطوط الإنتاج ذات الصلة.
- العمل كحلقة وصل مع موقع العميل ودعم المهندس المقيم.
- الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة وفقًا للعناصر السبعة الرئيسية.
متطلبات الخبرة - شهادة الماجستير (Bac+5) أو دبلوم مهندس أو مؤهل معادل، ويفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع صناعة السيارات.
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات الجودة الأساسية (Quality Core Tools)، ومناهج حل المشكلات، وتطوير وتطبيق خطط التحكم.
- إتقان اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات قيادية وقدرة قوية على إدارة الفرق.
