Main responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of your department and service, with attention to every detail.
• Greet, advise and serve customers according to brand standards, proactively offering food and drinks.
• Work proactively within the team to improve customer satisfaction and comfort by responding quickly and positively to their requests.
• To contribute to achieving the financial and qualitative objectives of the department.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Participate in improving service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety rules. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in the food and beverage industry, a passion for service, and a customer-centric approach. Autonomy, dynamism, and flexibility (rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays). Initiative and problem-solving skills. Integrity and professionalism. A desire to grow in an environment that demands excellence, commitment, and energy. Proficiency with computer tools and point-of-sale software. Strong communication skills; fluency in French and a good level of English (Arabic is an asset).
