Job Description & Summary.
Our Consulting team supports the transformation of the Finance Departments of major Moroccan and international groups. Our projects incorporate all technological and digital dimensions.
You will be working with our clients across all sectors (automotive, energy, luxury goods, banking, telecommunications) on various types of support missions, including:
- Change and implementation projects for consolidation and reporting tools
(SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Tagetik, etc.), including assistance in choosing a solution, defining business needs, designing consolidation models, implementation, acceptance testing phases and deployment support, leveraging your dual business/tool expertise. - The production of consolidated accounts, as well as consolidation and management reporting, in multi-entity and constantly evolving environments.
- Support on specific and highly technical issues, such as scope changes, pro forma accounts, regulatory developments, sustainability reporting (HR/ESG), or the redesign and improvement of consolidation and reporting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5 level) from an engineering or business school, IEP, or a postgraduate degree specializing in finance/management.

You have at least 3 years of experience in consolidation or statutory reporting.

You have a solid understanding of IFRS consolidation principles

Are you familiar with consolidation tools (HFM, BFC)?

You demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in a world of consolidation undergoing a digital/technological transformation.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
