About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing our product offerings, and fostering exceptional customer service. You will directly contribute to our growth and success in creating a greener world.

Key Responsibilities

Build Best in Class Operations: Be on the frontline of what makes a marketplace tick. Organise shipments, logistics and documentation to move material from A to B.
Collaborate with Product Teams to Optimise Operations: Work closely with our product teams to identify areas for operational improvement. You will analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to optimise efficiency and productivity, whilst fostering a culture of feedback & continuous feedback
Build Top-Tier Customer Service: Create and maintain a best-in-class customer service experience. You will develop strategies to address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Nurture Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, actively engaging with our clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalised solutions. Your ability to build and maintain positive relationships will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships

Requirements

This role is perfect for a someone who has an interest in Operations, and wants to join an early stage start-up
Strong attention to detail, and eye for errors and omissions
Proactive, able to use their own initiative to drive projects and process improvements
Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
Fluency in Italian
