<br> Job : <p>The logistics agent's mission is to:<br>- Operate truck weighings for Inbound & Outbound.<br>- Participate in the planning of cement deliveries.<br>- Ensure communication with drivers.<br> </p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong><br> Respect established procedures for managing inbound and outbound logistics flows.<br> Ensure follow-up of acknowledgment of receipt for departures and returns deliveries.<br> Participate in the establishment of the delivery schedule for bagged and bulk cement.<br> Perform an inventory of available transport for returns and follow up with transporters in case of shortages.<br> With the agency manager, assign returned orders to trucks.<br> Report to management:<br> • Daily summaries/KPIs.<br> • Complaints related to delivery, shipments, service, etc.<br> Receive and relay all types of complaints from drivers to the agency manager.<br> Report any anomalies observed related to documents, trucks, or the information system.<br> Ensure communication with drivers regarding information, awareness campaigns, safety rule reminders, and respect for behavior rules within the site.<br> Perform weighing operations and record all products entering or leaving the factory in the registers.<br> Track the movement of paper stock for the issuance of logistics documents.<br> Monitor the proper functioning of weighbridges and notify the agency manager in case of any anomaly.<br> Facilitate the sharing and transfer of experience within the professions.<br> Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incidents to the safety manager and management.<br> Ensure compliance with conformity requirements and professional conduct through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.</p><br><br><p><strong>Skills</strong><br> Organization<br> Analytical Mindset<br> Interpersonal Skills<br> Customer Focus</p><br><br><p><strong>Job Profile</strong><br> University degree (Bac+3 level)<br> Knowledge appreciated: SAP, Office.<br> Languages: Arabic, French</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
