Position Summary

As a MLAB Engineer you will ensure project management fairly with  engineering changes also with  the annual change model, while guaranteeing project performance. As well as Ensure the best  follow-up and control of projects in series production phase with respect of the KMS system and continuous improvement.

Your Role

• Facilitate the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the service center..
• Establish the right connection between engineering changes and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the application and monitoring of changes according to the schedule and standard procedures for project development.
• Guarantee the development of technical data.
• Update the following reports ( Feasibility report, 5 why’s, BOM’s problems and customer complaints.
• Ensure good management of Engineering Technicians (control of overtime, etc.).
• Ensure KMS directives ( Break kit, assembly sequence and connections, WPO, SOS improvement and Kaizen concept)
• Ensuring the revision of PFMEA's for engineering changes and application of the required actions
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental standards, health and safety standards.

Your Background

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Knowledge of engineering standards
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required
• Availability, proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Sense of Responsibility , Proactivity and Availability
