YOUR ROLE
  • Manage PDPs for existing Ecommerce partners (DTC & B2B). 
  • Plan and execute an effective and profitable promotional calendar.
  • Achieve/exceed annual KPI targets.
  • Accurately forecast sales and inventory positions to mitigate operational risks and communicate issues/opportunities to relevant parties
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally with Brand Marketing to develop an efficient digital advertising strategy.
  • Build and maintain product data, product variation, digital asset and category directories.
  • Submit credit memos, accruals and Ariba purchase orders to encourage a smooth sales operations.
  • Validate and approve invoices to ensure vendors are paid on time.
  • Extract, transform and load data from sales partners in order to ensure that dashboards are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with Creative Managers to provide digital assets to Ecommerce platforms.

YOUR SKILLS 
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales / website management.


  • History of achieving/exceeding sales targets.


  • Experience leading DTC Ecommerce/Shopify account management.


  • Experience in beauty or personal care a plus.


  • Strong collaborator – driving your objectives across cross functional partners.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.


  • Must be comfortable working with a small team and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise.


  • Experience with Google Analytics. 


  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excel: Must be able to VLOOKUP / INDEX & MATCH, Nested IF, Pivot Table.


  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights, communicate across different internal and external stakeholders.


The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
