Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting fields or similar.
• Experience: 1 year of experience or internships in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance)
Main responsibilities:
TaskDetailed description of main activitiesDATA ANALYSIS• Identify areas of incorrect VAT treatment as part of the VAT return process • Control the monthly postings related to VAT • Check the tax codes • Follow-up the posting corrections with accounting department • Reconcilition between Intrastat and VAT data in order to get matching and correct data to be reported CLEARING• Clearing on monthly basis of all VAT accounts • Control and follow-up of postings on VAT accounts • Prepare monthly reconciliations of VAT balances sheet accounts DATA PREPARATION• Prepare VAT Returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat & Other Mandatory reports related to VAT • Prepare data for submission of VAT payment requests, ensuring deadlines for payment with treasury team • Follow-up the refunds and ensure the correct split between the branches DECLARATION• Filing of VAT returns of entities handled internally • Provide data to the advisors for declaration • Follow-up with advisors for adequate declarations and provide approvals POSTING• VAT postings on montly basis for all the CSCs (manually and automatically)TTA• Filing and signature of Tooling Tax ApprovalsSET UP FORMS• Filing Set up forms for new flows and for flow's modificationAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.
