Specialist Operations Quality Auditor (Bouskoura) Morocco - MOR00000H Specialist Operations Quality Auditor – Assembly (Bouskoura)

Your missions :

· Controls the conformity of products in Cutting & WPA area and follows up the non-conformity process
· Releases workstation, tooling and equipment;
· Prepares and evaluates micrograph of crimping;
· Verifies and validates samples e.g. crimping parameters;
· Reacts in case of external and internal defects;
· Follows up supplier faults;
· Participates to the Line QRQC, lead by Production, and supports implementation of actions;
· Ensures samples verification: control of CFA parameters and Cut module test;
· Ensures daily validation status in area of responsibility;
· Unlocks machine after incorrect entry of a crimping value in relation to PDCC, e.g.: crimping height, crimping width, traction, etc.
· Follows up defective products according to a repair plan;
· Ensures checking of stored samples conditions;
· Ensures checking of new splices on the machine against the working method;

Your skills :

· Bachelor’s degree in quality management, with minimum of 6 to 8 years of seniority at Leoni in a management or leadership function.
· Self-motivated and organized work attitude
· Problem solving capabilities
· Ability to work with people in a positive manner and to deal with difficult situations.
· Good communication skills in order to conduct meetings and audits with suppliers
· English and French are mandatory
