Summary:


The Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of Viatris products through the different sales & promotion activities within a certain geographic territory.


Key responsibilities: 


  • Promote and market a range of parapharmaceutical products in the designated territories.
  • Present the features and benefits of the products using the company's promotional tools.
  • Develop and maintain an existing client portfolio.
  • Prospect and identify new clients to increase the distribution of the company's products.
  • Build close and partnership-based relationships with pharmacies.
  • Provide necessary advice to ensure optimal placement of your products in pharmacies.
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy teams on the use of your products.
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of your sector and activities.
  • Propose and implement a sectoral action plan to achieve your objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory.
  • Work closely with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Services...).
  • Report activities and interactions with clients via the CRM software.
  • Adhere to the company’s policies and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.

Level of Responsibilities:


Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales Manager; however, the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his/her geographical territory.


The minimum qualifications for this role are:


  • Graduated with a Bac +4 degree in Commerce, Sales, or a similar field,
  • Up to 3 years’ sales experience in pharmaceutical companies.

  • Good in French & English (is a plus)
